The housing market is being affected by COVID-19. If you have tried to buy or sell a home during the pandemic, what has been your experience? What creative solutions have you seen to move real estate transactions forward?
With the current pandemic, the low inventory of homes for sale is being driven even lower by the seller’s apprehension to list and the buyer’s fear of in-person showings.
