We receive regular phone inquiries on many topics that we can direct folks to this website. Can you add a category(ies) directing folks who want to donate or help in recovery?

For donations and volunteering, we have been directing folks to and the Salvation Army. We would love to direct people to a consistent source to talk about these topics, but we really don't have a space to send them to because we don't have that information. We haven't been given a website or resource to pass on to the public. If you'd like to provide a resource, we will provide a link to information.

City Manager's Office over 1 year ago will have info about all of the fires in the area. Is there something specific you were looking for?

Community needs to speak up and come up with a different solution that will fix this major disaster. Feedbacks that are given are not thought though...
Example: Its unfortunate that residents didn't have Homeowner Insurance,
anyone knows that Insurance is a must!
A suggestion to keep in mind this fire did not come with a Manuel "What to do after a Fire Destroys your HOME"
COMMON SENSE! People come together and form a Lobby to focus on rebuilding from donations provided by Lumber Companys ,volunteers and residence pitch in and build homes , similar like Humanity or low income projects programs have family's build their homes and donate time to build the next home, only difference is that building materials , builders, Home Improvement stores can get involved, Fire residents are not asking for help from government, it's the People who needs to come together and make this happen.
