Miramar Mount Diablo Boulevard, LLC (Owner), C-1 Zoning: May 13, 2019 joint study session held to discuss demolition of existing 81,000 square feet of professional and medical offices to develop 124 for-sale condominiums units and 44 below market rate rental units affordable at low and very-low income households within three and four-stories at a maximum height of 45’ with 25 to 40 units in each building, two-story 10,000 square feet medical office building, and a 1,400 childcare facility at 3470 and 3462 Mt. Diablo Boulevard, APNs: 243011-054, 243-011-030. The project site is located in the East End District within the Downtown Specific Plan area. Pursuant to requirements in Chapter 6-36 Density Bonus of the Lafayette Municipal Code, the applicant intends to submit a density bonus request with the formal application.
