Do you support amending the zoning code to allow one Cannabis Dispensary in commercial zoning districts over 600 feet from any schools, day care centers, and youth centers?
Yes

Do you support allowing a Cannabis Business at 805 Sir Francis Drake?
Yes

Legal cannabis is here to stay. It won't be long before large corporations control the market and at that point you need to have helped us position San Anselmo in a way that fortifies us against the onslaught we're sure to face and helps us maintain the culture of local business that makes us special. Mr. Fasano is uniquely qualified for that responsibility, and would operate such a business with class and honor. His extensive preparations over the past few years show his dedication and integrity.

I think the 34 Greenfield location would be better. Better access and parking and walking access.

Look at communities in Colorado as an example of how Cannabis businesses can be done right and are an asset to the community. Patrick Fasano has been a respected member of the San Anselmo business community for 25 years and is the perfect business owner to operate a dispensary with sensitivity toward the community and with good taste. I hope the Town of San Anselmo welcomes Patrick and his plans for a dispensary with open arms.

My business is located right across the street and think this is a horrendously bad idea. Sorry I missed the March 4th meeting to express my point of view. Anyone will tell you of the homeless encampments on Redhill and the several fires set off by them right behind our building. The nature of this business will attract more of the same. We also don't need a cigarette or liquor store either. Maybe on a corner away from homelessness but not here. Bad idea - really bad.

That is an excellent location, with good parking, easy in/out oversight by local law enforcement to protect the business that needs to deal in cash, and a majority of us voted to be able to legally purchase this product. I don't want to have to deal with delivery services, I want to be able to choose from what is available in a retail location, convenient to local residents. If San Anselmo doesn't allow this, it is going against the express wishes of a majority of it's residents.

As a senior with medical issues, it is difficult to drive to Berkeley or San Francisco to purchase what I need. As I am still working it is inappropriate for delivery services to come to my workplace. Cannabis is now a legal business, voters of San Anselmo were in favor of it, we should allow it in our town and receive the tax revenue that I now am giving to Berkeley & SF.
