Do you support amending the zoning code to allow one Cannabis Dispensary in San Anselmo?
The Planning Commission will consider a request to amend the Town Zoning regulations and Zoning Map to allow one medicinal and adult use cannabis dispensary in a new Cannabis Business (CB) Zoning Overlay District with approval of a Conditional Use Permit and development agreement. The CB Overlay District would include all property in the C-2 (Downtown Commercial), C-3 (General Commercial) and C-L (Limited Commercial) commercial zoning districts that are currently 600 feet from any K-12 schools, licensed day care facilities (excluding family day care homes), and youth centers. The applicant requests approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a cannabis dispensary at 805 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, Suite A, within the CB Overlay District. The Planning Commission will not approve or deny the project but will make a recommendation to the San Anselmo Town Council. The Town Council hearing has not been scheduled.
