We want your input!
In July 2017, over 50 concerned citizens attended a community meeting to start the conversation about what kind of "traffic calming" measures could be taken in the Issaquah Highlands. Since, the City has partnered with the Highlands Council and the IHCA to facilitate change when it comes to social behaviors of those using the roads in the Highlands. Since traffic calming is a process that begins with education, an awareness campaign was created as a collaboration between the City and the Highlands and deployed in late 2017. In addition, the City has made other improvements to signage throughout the neighborhood. Now, we are looking to continue the conversation and want to hear from you what your top concerns are. It will help us understand, prioritize and quantify what changes residents want. Thanks for your input!
