Allow only small businesses with active storefronts. All the banks in Ambleside are dead zones for streetscape. Banks should be on second floor. Small scale retail & restaurants at street level

You need to improve traffic control around the schools. It's dangerous trying to cross the roads during school drop off in the mornings around Irwin park.

Dundarave is fine the way it is. No changes need to be made. Why spend municipal funds on an area that is already charming and works as a very special area of WV. There is very little that needs to be done to make it better than it is.

I like the cross walk in the middle of the block. However, I find the concrete pads that allow pedestrians to cross at other locations dangerous. A Dundarave event and area to meet on the sidewalk are great ideas. I would love to see a (non-sweet focussed) bakery in Dundarave or Ambleside.

Don't mess with Dundarave, just fix the tripping effect of the sidewalk. Don't mess with the traffic - it is just fine. Bloody well don't do what you did on 21st Street.

Thank you for asking! Keeping Dundarave's small village feel is important; it sets it apart from the bigger areas to the east, thus providing interest and choice.

Perhaps the most important issue for Dundarave is to conserve the low profile and footprint of buildings on Marine Drive and on streets north and south of Marine Drive. The District of West Vancouver has sadly neglected the character of buildings in our community, permitting monster houses of alien design to be built.
