Planning and Zoning rules and procedures help communities by establishing clarity and protection of property owner rights and investments. People have a right to develop their property, and also have the right to have their property not be negatively affected by other peoples’ developments. The balancing of these rights is aided by these rules and regulations.

The City specifically wants your feedback on the Sign Regulations, which are the biggest change from prior versions of the rules. And we welcome your input on the overall regulations.
