Highest priority is excellence of school system, but I guess that's a separate budget.

I hear your response to us as citizens of McKinney. However, NO ONE has yet to answer my questions abut the density of multi-family housing in McKinney vs Frisco, Prosper, Allen, Plano, etc. It might appear to the casual observer that this lack of response is that McKinney might already have a higher density than the others. I have seen some numbers in the past that McKinney actually has more than Frisco, Allen and Plano. If so, some of the information being presented just reflects the political climate in McKinney and really doesn't reflect its citizens inputs. I would appreciate posting the above information so our citizens can understand where McKinney is continuing to head. Thanks.

I would like to see the same park development we find in other McKinney areas in the area just east of McDonald and north of Wilmeth.

Public transit only if the train was to extend to Collin County. No busses!

Hi Kathy,

Thank you for utilizing our Water Cooler. Thank you for the suggestions. They sound somewhat similar to our Downtown DASH. DASH is an electric six-seat shuttle that scoots around downtown taking shoppers, diners and visitors where they need to go. DASH travels from remote parking lots to bring guests to the square or to help them get from one location to another. Best of all, riding with DASH is free. You can call 469-733-DASH (3274) to have DASH pick you up too.

I will pass along all of your suggestions to our planning department. Thank you!

One of the things that McKinney does not have to help the community is Mental health help and making it opened for others to easily find it. I would also like to see a new building for DAEP in a better location. Bad people are still people.
