Welcome to the North Eastside Mobility Project
Thanks for visiting the online open house
North Eastside service area: Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Redmond, and Woodinville
Routes affected: 234, 235, 236, 238, 243, 244, 248, 255, 277, 930, ST 540, ST 541, ST 545
We're working to expand transit service and improve mobility for people live, work, or use transit to visit the north Eastside. A comprehensive review of the local transit network, along with community input, helped identify needs and opportunities.
We've developed a proposal for a more complete network that improves connections to important local and regional destinations, adds new flexible services, and keeps service reliable.
We invite you to learn about options, opportunities, and tradeoffs, and tell us what you think
- Learn why we’re considering change and find out what happens if we leave service as-is after March 2019
- Review community input and our proposal to revise, expand, and improve service beginning September 2019
- Take our survey – open between Oct. 16 and Nov. 13 at 11.:59 p.m. – and tell us what you think about options for future service
- Metro staff and the north Eastside Community Mobility Board, will each use your input to develop recommendations* for "no action" or to "take action" on the proposal
*Recommendations and community feedback are reviewed by the King County Council prior to issuing a decision. If approved, changes would be implemented in September 2019.
You will be prompted to register to take this survey but, please note that registration is optional. All feedback received (registered and anonymous) will be evaluated equally.
