Approximately 1534 S 1100 W
DR Horton is proposing a zone change from the A1.5 (Agricultural) and Residential Agricultural (RA) zones to the Low Density Residential (LDR) and General Commercial zones for 55.48 acres located at 1562 S 1100 W in the Lakewood and Sunset Neighborhoods. The Grove at Dry Creek will have 6.84 acres of commercial space in the southeast corner of the property. The remaining 48.64 acres will include 10.54 acres of open space with various amenities and six distinct styles of homes, including single family dwelling, cottage style, and townhomes.
A neighborhood meeting was held January 14, 2021. The application has been under review of various Provo City departments and will later be heard by the Planning Commission on January 27, 2021. Because it is a zone change, it will also need to be heard by the Provo City Council.
