Dudley and Associates request zone changes from residential agriculture to R1.10 for 2.31 acres, located at aproximately 4100 N Canyon Road and 3.42 acres, located at 3956 N Canyon Road to create 27 new single-family lots.
A neighborhood meeting is required and has not yet been held. This will need to be scheduled for a Planning Commission meeting and will then go to a City Council meeting for a final decision.
