189 South 500 West (Franklin Neighborhood)
Jeffrey Rands is requesting a zone change from residential conservation to very low density residential, and concept plan approval, to subdivide a 0.25 acre lot to create two approximately 5,000 square foot lots located at 189 South 500 West.
If these applications are approved, it would pave the way for establishment of two lots which the applicant states would be developed for single-family residences. With an area of 5,000 square feet, each lot would only qualify for a single-family detached dwelling. The result of approving these applications would be the potential for one additional lot at 189 South 500 West.
Neighborhood meeting was held in December 2019. Scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting on August 12 and will then go to a City Council meeting for a final decision.
