Description 

Zach Steele is requesting a zone change from the Residential Agricultural (RA) zone to the One-Family Residential (R1.10) zone for a five-lot subdivision, located approximately at 1400 W 890 S. in the Sunset Neighborhood. 

Status

A neighborhood meeting will need to be held. The applicationis under review of various Provo City departments and will later be heard by the Planning Commission. Because it is a zone change, it will also need to be heard by the Provo City Council.
