Description 

Chris and Karen Knuttgen request a zone change  from  Residential Conservation (RC) zone to Low Density Residential (LDR) in addition to project plan approval for a 4-unit townhome development located at 152 E 500 S in the Maeser Neighborhood.

Status

A neighborhood meeting is being held online on Monday, August 23. The application has been under review of various Provo City departments and was heard by the Planning Commission on August 25, 2021. Because it is a zone change, it will also need to be heard by the Provo City Council.
