Description 

5600 N University, LLC requests a zone change from Manufacturing Park (MP) to General Commercial (CG) for approximately 3.8 acres located at 5600 N University Avenue in the Riverbottoms Neighborhood. The concept plan submitted for approval includes converting existing buildings to commercial uses, subject to approval of the zone change.

Status

A neighborhood meeting was held September 17, 2020. The application has been under review of various Provo City departments and will later be heard by the Planning Commission on June 9, 2021. Because it is a zone change, it will also need to be heard by the Provo City Council.
