Provo City residents are encouraged to provide input on new development within the city. We value our residents' opinion and ideas. Your input assists staff in ensuring that all viewpoints are heard and to make them aware of concerns as well as what residents see as a match to the City's vision.

Dave Morton requests zone changes from A1.10 (Agricultural) to M1 (Light Manufacturing), R1.8PD (Performance Development), and RA (Residential Agricultural) as well as concept plan approval for 72 single-family homes and 31 acres of industrial space for approximately 54 acres of property located at approximately 3450 West Center Street. This is in the Provo Bay and Fort Utah Neighborhoods.
A neighborhood meeting was held September 11, 2018. The application has been under review of various Provo City departments and will be heard by the Planning Commission on March 24, 2021. Because it is a zone change, it will also need to be heard by the Provo City Council.
