Socially responsible investing is important to consider in balancing the issues of the city. However, the complexity this will require the city to currently go through will add additional burden to the many issue the council and commissions request of the city manager and staff. I feel it's essential to set priorities for all city-wide issues before committing to such a highly impactful and potentially financially risky move.
