We Need Your Input!

Pinellas County is currently working on the Five (5) Year update to its Local Mitigation Strategy (LMS) Plan. The LMS Plan needs to be updated every five years to maintain our eligibility for Federal grant funding. The Plan also serves as our floodplain management plan, helping us earn credits that help provide flood insurance premium discounts.

This survey provides you an opportunity to learn about LMS. In addition, your response is critical in understanding the hazard risks that impact our communities, and to identify appropriate mitigation actions and policies.

You can learn more about the project at:  http://www.pinellaslms.org/

Help us refine priorities and recommendations for the Downtown Palm Harbor Master Plan.

Downtown Palm Harbor is considered to be unincorporated Pinellas County’s quintessential downtown. The area has a range of assets that support the small-town community and there are great opportunities to further improve the area for resident and visitor alike.

While some key recommendations of the 2001 Master Plan have been adopted, some have not been fully realized.
