The Town of Hilton Head Island is considering a Short-Term Rental Ordinance.

The Town of Hilton Head Island does not currently have specific requirements for short-term rental uses, other than that they must have a business license. The proposed Ordinance establishes expectations for the organization, character, expectations, and operations of short-term rentals.
