How do you access that information? Navigation Bar

If you used the "search" bar, were you able to find the content you were seeking? Yes
What would you like to change on our existing website? One thing that is frustrating is that pdf docs are not always up to date as in if I were to copy a pdf link then use that same link a year later, that link to the pdf doc would be outdated and there is another link to that updated doc. I think this is more of a user improvement though because I believe you can update a link with a new pdf. For example, I have a link to the fee schedule, if I use that link a year later, it becomes outdated, what would be great is I can use the same link and the pdf is updated.
Do you have any other suggestions or comments? updating links for pdf instead of creating a new link for updated pdfs

How often do you visit our website (pick one)? Weekly
When you visit, what type of information do you search for on our website? City council agendas, development page and most often to *see more* of a News Flash, which takes too many clicks to see the full information.
How do you access that information? Search Bar, Navigation Bar
On a scale of "very easy" to "very difficult," how easy was it to find the content you were seeking? Easy
If you used the "search" bar, were you able to find the content you were seeking? Yes
If you were not able to obtain the information you were seeking after using the "search" bar, please explain what information you were looking for. I don't use the search bar much, but most recently I wanted to see if it had a GIS system of property lines and I put GIS in the search bar and found it. Mostly I hunt around the different drop down menus.
What would you like to change on our existing website? I think it generally is a good city website, but by today's standards is too messy, does not use everyday language, it has a very busy top. And it should scroll down further; have more responsive web design).
Do you have any other suggestions or comments? I would have liked to see some user data related to the website use. I also think this very narrow text box is makes it hard to respond in any depth.
