The city has plenty of space availiable for the parks and recreation of its residents. The acquisition of land is wrong. taking what isnt yours is wrong. forcing people out is wrong. I feel they want this for development. My land is on the list and i live accross from the new shopping center. do you really think they intend to make the length of se 4th from 228th to the stop sign, into park land. These are the sites they want. if the citizens of sammamish arent carefull with this they will see there once safe quiet comunity no longer a place where they want to be.
Please list any other needs, uses, or issues the City should consider when setting criteria to acquire land:
Ask yourself How it is regulated as far as use of such land. Better make sure they cant just sell it to the highest bidder later. Which they are trying to do with other stites acquired in the past. THIS IS A OFFICIAL LAND GRAB. STOP IT IF YOU CAN.
Do you know of a particular property location that might be available or could become available through a willing seller for public use?
No
