The constant heavy traffic into and out of a typical In-N--Out Burger at the proposed location will only worsen the already often-congested urban corridor along Hamilton between Winchester and Bascom, particularly with vehicles trying to merge into westbound Hamilton coming off southbound 17 right where the proposed location is. It's a bad idea from traffic and safety standpoint.
