One of the biggest concerns about the location of High Occupancy Housing in Flagstaff is that many of Flagstaff's historic neighborhoods allow it to be constructed by-right with only an administrative review. Southside, North End, and Sunnyside are all historic neighborhoods that allow High Occupancy Housing to occur under their conventional zoning. We want your feedback on proposed policies in the draft High Occupancy Housing intended to make it easier to preserve and reuse "old" or historic buildings and to ensure that new development enhances historic urban patterns.
The City of Flagstaff has released a draft High Occupancy Housing Plan for a 60-day public review. The review ends on September 27, 2017 and comments can be sent to email@example.com.
