The City of Flagstaff wants to hear from you on questions central to the High Occupancy Housing Plan.
The City of Flagstaff is taking a comprehensive look at regulations, policies, plans and incentives to calibrate them for better outcomes for high occupancy mixed use and apartment–style buildings. Recent examples of development cases of this type are the Hub, the Standard, the Village at Aspen Place and the Lofts.
Before launching into new solutions, the project team is reaching out to fully understand the diversity of values and concerns in the community.
The City has started this dialogue with in-person Community Cafes, which were attended by over 80 residents. These are the same questions asked at the in-person Cafes. The project team will use your feedback to prepare for open houses that will be scheduled soon, and in evaluating the policy options throughout the process.
Get started by clicking on any of the buttons below to contribute to that conversation. We encourage you to browse the feedback provided by others, which includes key concepts from the in-person cafes. After responding to one question, you'll be given the opportunity to respond to the others.
