The key to a sustainable and prosperous future in flagstaff is concentration growth in the core zone inside the urban growth boundaries with no additional forest or wild lands developed. Downtown should be high density European style high-rise condo and apartments with shops, yoga, restaurants on street level. Height limit should be increased to 10 stories to maximize units per acre in the high density core zone. Additional residential area expanded in the s 4th to jwp corridor and around university heights. No more growth out ft valley!
