Do we really need two plasma centers within a few miles of one another? The one in Goodyear should be sufficient for the vicinity. I've lived in Avondale for many years why would you bring in a business that drives down our home prices instead of increase. Who are you really looking out for it must not be the residents or you would be looking at adding a business that will benefit the community as a whole. Maybe a day care center, small grocery store, another restaurant, or activity center of some sort. I would rather it sit vacant and wait for the right tenant than a plasma center.

As a property owner in Avondale, I see this as a welcome addition to the neighborhood. My husband and I have recently retired and would be interested in purchasing one of the townhomes, when they are completed. Love the design!

As a resident of Coldwater Springs, my main concern is to conserve our golf course community. Will this new development decrease or increase the value of my home?

Townhomes generally attract investors who buy multiple units and then rent the properties out. Unlike single-family homes, townhouses don’t appreciate as much. The prices of townhomes are much more affordable and cheaper when compared to other properties like single-family homes. How/will the slow appreciation of this new community affect the sale of my Coldwater Springs home in the future?

I am opposed to this Plasma Center. I recognize that donating plasma is necessary for low income Americans. However, do Avondale really want to be known as a city that is so poor that its residents need to sell their body fluids. It will drive down home values in the surrounding area. I am sure you are aware that other areas of the valley have experienced higher increases in home value post the great recession. The city planning commission should be trying to find things to raise homes values.

Is there any plan in place to improve traffic fluency on Avondale Ave over that zone? Otherwise I oppose to this project

Looking forward to additional sporting activities in the area. Must admit I'm not familiar with that area even though I'm right on the South side of Van Buren in Coldwater Springs.

Seems reasonable. Right location, a good use of the space. I'm all for it.
