Where do you live? 1 to 3 blocks away from Homestead Road
How do you use the corridor? Select all that apply. I bike on Homestead Road for commuting to work or school
How do you feel about these suggestions for Homestead Road?
If you agree with the option to "Extend the part-time bike lane hours," what time frame do you prefer? (The current time frame is from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays) 7pm on weekdays similar to carpool hours
If you agree with the option to "Convert some part-time bike lanes into full-time bike lanes," which segment(s) do you prefer? Select all that apply. Bernardo Ave to Wright Ave, Wright Ave to Samedra St, Samedra St to Mary Ave, Mary Ave to Kennewick Dr, Kennewick Dr to New Brunswick Ave, Sunnyvale Saratoga Rd/De Anza Blvd to Blue Jay Dr, Blaney Ave to Heron Ave (North side of Homestead Rd), Blaney Ave to Heron Ave (South side of Homestead Rd), Heron Ave to Wolfe Rd (North side of Homestead Rd), Heron Ave to Linnet Ln (South side of Homestead Rd), Wolfe Rd to Nightingale Ave, Peacock Ave to Quail Ave
If the City converts the part-time bike lanes to full-time bike lanes, how would you bike on Homestead Road? I would bike more often on Homestead Road.
Tell us if you have other comments or suggestions. I commute by bike on Homestead to Apple everyday I'm at work along with many other Apple employees. 35-40 MPH is too fast for bikers to be safely moving into car traffic to avoid parked cars. Bike lanes should be clear during commute hours.

Tell us if you have other comments or suggestions. I used to ride my bike to work frequently down Homestead, however, had too many close calls to make it worth it. I had to alter my route to get to work from 8 to 12 miles for a safer commute. The Homestead commute is incredibly dangerous.

Tell us if you have other comments or suggestions. I'm strongly against making the lanes full time since I live and park on W Homestead Rd. Already, it's difficult parking on W Homestead during the day. This would also decrease the value of my home.

Tell us if you have other comments or suggestions. Consider road diet, reduce speed limit, convert gutter to flat and then upward curve rather than 90degrees to allow car and bikes more options, allow for 33" bikes.

Tell us if you have other comments or suggestions. I will only use bike lanes on a 35MPH road if they are protected. Flimsy bollards don't count as protection.

Tell us if you have other comments or suggestions. the part time bike lanes are very dangerous for cyclists who may not be super confident riding in traffic if they encounter a parked car - this would make the corridor, which is a school route for several schools more safe
