Any other comments regarding the Mary Avenue crossing option? I think the underpass is better for traffic considerations. I worry about the impact of folks having to go left from NB Evelyn in order to go right on Mary. But if the jughandle is really that much cheaper it may be worth considering.

Any other comments regarding the Sunnyvale Avenue crossing option? As a bicycle commuter/traveler (as opposed to recreational use), I consider an "ornamental path" as shown in the "bicycle and pedestrian" plan to be a non-starter. Sunnyvale Avenue is a cycling corridor with overpasses for 247 and 101. I would like you to understand that inserting narrow turns will be destructive to throughput for cyclists and/or create collision hazards with pedestrians.

The fact that bicycling is listed as a non-vehicle mode of transportation is disconcerting. Perhaps this project's staffing needs to be adjusted?

Any other comments regarding the Mary Avenue crossing option? I am currently comfortable traveling through the intersection using non-vehicle modes. I would feel less safe traveling through the intersection by bike in the jughandle option given the added intersections and left hand turns required when turning from Evelyn to Mary or Mary to Evelyn.

If walking from 991 Asilomar Terrace and Expressions of Sunnyvale in general, would we have to walk all the way to California first to be able to access Mary to cross under the railroad tracks? Is there an option to add a pedestrian stairs/ramp to avoid having to walk all the way to California and back in this case?

Any other comments regarding the Sunnyvale Avenue crossing option? I currently feel comfortable using non-vehicle modes to travel through. Separating grade would not change that for me.

I assume the bicycle and pedestrian underpass only option would reduce vehicle traffic on Sunnyvale, which would make it nicer to use Sunnyvale for bicycling as a connector from bike paths on Evelyn to Borregas.

If we choose the cheaper option for the Sunnyvale Avenue crossing, will that make it easier to fund the more expensive option for the Mary crossing?
