Please provide input on traffic safety in Sunnyvale to help guide a citywide traffic safety plan.

The City of Sunnyvale is preparing a Vision Zero Plan that strives for the total elimination of traffic fatalities and severe injuries for all travel modes. Currently, an analysis of all traffic collisions in the City within a 5-year period is being conducted. Feedback obtained from the online survey and community meetings will be used to supplement the collision statistics in identifying locations where traffic safety is a concern. In addition, the responses to the survey could be used in developing action items for the Plan that may reduce the occurrences of severe traffic collisions. At the conclusion of the project, the Vision Zero Plan will provide a framework for the City moving forward to help reach its goal.
