What significant environmental concerns do you have regarding a specific project option? For each environmental concern, select the project options to which this concern relates.
Pedestrian and bike access - OPTION 1, OPTION 2, OPTION 3
Air quality impacts - OPTION 1, OPTION 2, OPTION 3
Noise impacts - OPTION 1, OPTION 2, OPTION 3
What other significant environmental issues would you like to see addressed in the Environmental Impact Report (EIR)?
No response.

Traffic-related safety concerns
Please explain the nature of your concern(s) regarding traffic-related safety.
No cars please. We really should do everything possible to eliminate cars, traffic and congestion caused by them, and car use in general. Overcrowding is a serious issue and adding more roads to the (already-really-really-poorly-designed-for-this-volume-of-traffic) road network is a very bad idea.
Can you suggest other reasonable alternatives that would also achieve the project goals and avoid these impacts?
Yes, no cars/buses on the pedestrian/biker bridge :)
What mitigation measures would minimize these impacts?
No cars allowed, thanks.

Air quality impacts
Please explain the nature of your concern(s) regarding air quality impacts.
Riding on the road next to cars you have to breathe in bus exhaust, diesel smell, and general terrible auto smell. Riding on Steven's Creek Trail is a dream, no cars -- fresh air -- nature.
Can you suggest other reasonable alternatives that would also achieve the project goals and avoid these impacts?
Yes, do not allow cars and buses on this overpass and make it a pedestrian/commuter bridge.
What mitigation measures would minimize these impacts?

No more roads for cars. Cars are bad mkay. Bay Area is overpopulated and will continue to get more populated. Adding more roads and putting more cars on them is _NOT_ the solution. Ask any traffic engineer. The road networks here were not designed for the volume of traffic they receive.

Are there any groups or agencies that you suggest we consult/contact in conjunction with the preparation of the EIR?
Any third-party traffic engineering company with expertise in pedestrian and commuter pathways.
