If motor vehicles and buses would be allowed at an overcrossing on South Mary, it would impact noise, air quality and increased traffic near a school. That will have health and safety concerns for the students, teachers and staff. The noise and air quality will also have a big impact on nearby housing.
Can you suggest other reasonable alternatives that would also achieve the project goals and avoid these impacts?
