What do you think about your current individual lockable space?
The City of Sunnyvale is gathering information in order to update the Individual Lockable Storage Requirements. Individual lockable storage units are additional storage space assigned to each residential unit in multi-family residential properties like apartments and condominiums. The City currently requires 300 cubic feet of storage space per residential unit in any multi-family residential properties. The individual lockable storage units must be located so that they are accessible from common areas like hallways or garages, but need to be separated from residential units.
Before developing staff recommendations, we would like to hear from you to understand the needs of individual lockable storage space. Please provide your responses by January 23, 2017. Thank you for participating!
