What is your experience with natural hazards (fire, flood, etc.), City response efforts, and your feedback on future hazards and the impacts of climate change?
Make your voice heard! Deadline extended! The City of San Luis Obispo is launching Resilient SLO, an initiative to identify strategies for building community resilience to the impacts of climate change. This initiative will result in an update to the City’s General Plan Safety Element, which creates a roadmap for the decades ahead. This survey gathers input from those living and/or working in the City of San Luis Obispo. This survey will inform the City’s vulnerability assessment to ensure that it captures community priorities and needs in addition to potential physical hazards. Survey responses will also inform the development of adaptation strategies and future community engagement and education activities as part of the Resilient SLO initiative.
