The Durango Districts Initiative is a collaborative community effort led by the City of Durango to make sure Durango remains a well-planned, safe, and beautiful place!

The Durango Districts Initiative involves assessing and envisioning the future of 10 mixed-use districts throughout our community that have special character-defining traits with the goal of helping these areas reach their full potential. Through robust and inclusive planning, the Durango Districts initiative will create coordinated District plans that embrace the unique character of each district and provide a vision for the future.
