The app should be open source so that the community and City of Tamarac can make changes as our needs evolve. I agree with all of the other comments. I believe it would be naive to think that we can anticipate all of our needs and wants before it is ever created.

I need information on the SFHA special flood hazard areas in reference to my property and getting flood insurance. I've had conflicting information some say that I am not in a flood zone other say that I am. .I need help in getting information how I can verify whether I am in the flood zone or not and how I can get the proper information to send to my mortgage company and get flood insurance on my condo.

The mobile app should have everything available on the web site, including links.

I would like to see emergency alerts, events, crime rates, construction plans, parks, and I would like to be able to report concerns on the mobile app.

It is the City app, so everything related to the City, like a mini me of Tamarac.org:
* Should be centered on the Calendar of Events.
* City News
* Important Phone Numbers and Emergency Numbers
* Crime Activity
* City Hall Information
* Pay Water Bills.
* Waste Information,
* Get discount on local businesses by using the App.
