How can Littleton staff members improve on public communications and outreach methods to more effectively inform and engage the community?
The City of Littleton is dedicated to thorough and effective communication with our cititizens, which is why we utilize many platforms. We strive to be active on Facebook, Twitter, Nextdoor, Instagram, and YouTube, while also using platforms such as the Littleton Report and littletonreport.com, Littleton 8 Government Access Channel, littletongov.org, littletonrocks.com, a community scorecard, and our new Littleton Visitor's Guide.
Even with all of that, we realize that everyone consumes information differently. Because of that we would like to evaluate our current public communication and outreach methods to see where we are succeeding and what needs improvement.
