  • If you indicated anything less than very satisfied with cable television service, why are you not very satisfied?
    Price is astronomical for simple services; they try to offer good deals in a 2 year price lock guarantee, but don't tell you that rates go up during that period; programming is repetitive and boring; too many commercials; Cox cuts off other local and national commercials while they're still airing to play commercials for their own products and services.
