River development (dams, etc.) should be submitted as a SEPARATE item to a vote of the people, and NOT be part of an extension of the Vision 25 tax. Tulsa has many more vital projects to be undertaken--basic "housekeeping" projects to bring our city up to a good standard--better streets, street lights, sidewalks, transportation, etc.
