In addition to survey tools, how would you like to provide feedback to City officials on topics posted in a community engagement platform?

The City of Fremont’s contract with OpenGov, the company that facilitates Fremont Open City Hall, is expiring. As a current subscriber of this platform, as of December 31, 2021, the City will no longer be utilizing this platform to post surveys to solicit community feedback.

We look forward to rolling out a new solution in 2022 that has more robust features to encourage even more community engagement. Unfortunately, due to contract terms we are not able to save or transfer current Open City Hall subscribers to a new platform.

At this time, we’re encouraging all current subscribers of Fremont Open City Hall to sign up to be informed when a new City of Fremont community engagement platform is available. Please visit www.Fremont.gov/CivicEngagementList to enter your email.
