    • I live in Lents
  • What activities do you, your family, and/or friends like to do in Lents?

Zoiglhaus, Farmer's Market, Bella's Bakery, park

  • What kinds of businesses are important to you? What kinds of businesses would you like to have added to the neighborhood?

A grocery store, a third-wave coffee shop, additional restaurants.

  • What kind of open public space do you imagine here? What could it be used for (e.g., Lents International Farmers Market)?

Expanded area for the Farmers Market, so more vendors can participate. A fountain that children can play in and is also attractive (think Jamison Square, not splash pad) would be lovely! Would enjoy some space for a large public mural or other art installation.

  • What kind of housing do you imagine here? Do you want to see a mix of affordable housing units and market rate units? Do you want to see a mix of units to accommodate families of all sizes?

Yes, a mix of affordable and market rate units. Would be nice if some units could be built to accommodate intergenerational families living with aging adults (ie, accessible, independent living quarters within the same unit). On-site community gardens and play areas are wonderful for both the residents and for attracting others in the neighborhood to enjoy public space within the complex.
